Mining develops the pit and moves ore and waste. Crushing processes material to the required specification. Haulage moves material between the pit, processing facilities, railheads and port.
When multiple divisions are engaged, VMS manages the sequencing between them. The requirements of the next stage are locked in before work moves downstream, removing the risk of diluted communication, rework, and accountability gaps across the operation.
