Our capability ranges from complete tracked circuits for ROM processing, ore pre-sizing, aggregates and civil materials to mobile crushing capacity deployed alongside existing fixed plant.
Where fixed-plant throughput is constrained by equipment availability, shutdowns or increased ROM volumes, VMS can integrate parallel or temporary bypass circuits and build sized stockpile reserves to maintain feed continuity.

Fixed-Plant Optimisation Support
Mobile Crushing Capacity for Fixed-Plant Constraints and Shutdowns.
VMS deploys mobile crushing capacity alongside fixed plants where production is affected by throughput constraints, component failure, planned shutdowns or major maintenance. Mobile circuits can supplement an existing stage of the plant, temporarily bypass unavailable equipment or produce sized material reserves ahead of an interruption.
The circuit is designed around the existing plant layout, available feed, required product size and point of constraint. The goal is straightforward: place additional crushing capacity where it protects mill feed and production continuity.
VMS manages the full scope of fixed-plant support projects – circuit assessment, design, equipment sourcing, mobilisation, commissioning and operational deployment. Our delivery model can be structured as a contract operation, equipment hire or asset acquisition. Trial performance monitoring confirms throughput, product sizing and circuit performance before the final operating configuration is established.
Where the scope includes VMS Mining and Haulage, material movement into and out of the circuit is managed under the same delivery structure, removing an operational interface the client would otherwise need to control.
